Sephira – The Melancholic Astrologer
Astrologer • Horary Astrologer• Creative Director • Belly Dancer (Belly Dance & Fusion Dance)
Sephira began exploring astrology in childhood through modern approaches, but her deep love for ancient cultures soon led her toward classical and traditional astrology.
From an early age, she was exposed to paranormal experiences that her family largely ignored. These events shaped her perception of reality and taught her that normality is relative. Over time, astrology became for her a direct way to communicate with forces that exist outside space and time, yet are simultaneously present within space and time.
Around 2010–2011 she discovered horary astrology, which completely changed her path. Horary allowed her to answer real questions in real time, directly through the sky, without relying on uncertain birth data. This was the turning point that transformed astrology from study into vocation.
Her work is rooted in the classical lineage of Guido Bonatti, later systematized by William Lilly, with modern developments influenced by Olivia Barclay and John Frawley.
Rather than following a single teacher, Sephira chose a plural path of learning — much like Lilly himself — building her practice through multiple classical traditions and direct verification.
She studied Ancient Babylonian Astrology with Rumen Kolev, who remains the main teacher she continues to work with directly. Alongside this, she completed academic studies in Ancient Oriental Civilizations, deepening her understanding of early cosmological systems and ancient stellar doctrines.
Over time, she deliberately stepped away from methods she felt had become contaminated by modern overlays, choosing instead to remain close to traditional structures, concrete judgment techniques, and classical patterns.
Sephira approaches astrology as a disciplined craft, similar to medicine or law: governed by precise rules, yet requiring experience, responsibility, and personal judgment. For her, astrology is a lifelong study — there is no final point of mastery, only deeper refinement through practice.
Alongside astrology, she is also a film producer and creative director active in independent cinema.
She is a belly dancer of belly dance and fusion dance, and continues her personal study of ancient sacred body disciplines, secret movements and ritual practices, researching how movement connects with celestial forces and traditional knowledge.
She openly identifies as polytheistic, and holds a natural affinity with the Tao, which she understands as a living cosmic order and balance between Heaven, Earth, and all forces.
Her work is dedicated to helping people receive answers from the stars.
She knows that she is the interpreter.
The astrologer is the interpreter of the language of the stars.
The answers do not come from her.
They come from the stars —
from heavens —
from intelligences that exist outside space and time, yet are present within our space and time at the same moment.
There are many interpreters.
She is one of them.
What I need from the client — the querent — is clear, detailed context.
I must understand the real question behind the situation. Very often, I have to reformulate the question so that it becomes readable astrologically.
For this reason, the client must give the astrologer time to accept the question, understand it fully, and ask it correctly.
Any type of question can be asked.
Common topics include lost objects or animals, relationships, and dream meanings, but in reality horary astrology can be used for any kind of matter.
You can ask about work, legal issues, finances, health-related concerns, decisions, or any situation where you need clarity.
There are no limits to the type of questions.
What matters is that the question is clear.
If you have any questions or need further information, please feel free to contact me.
