What is a profile?

A profile is a group of data containing name, birth place, date and time. Every profile has it's own birthchart calendar and transits. Each profile can be updated one or multiple times.

How can I get 7 days of free Transit Calendar?

Create an account in our website and then login. Click on the "Add new profile" page and follow the process.

How can I add a new profile in my account?

Login into your account, click on the "Add New profile" follow the instructions.
Tip: Add different names for each profile.

How can I edit a profile in my account?

Login into your account, click on the "My profiles" category locate the profile you wish to edit and on the right corner hit the pencil icon and follow the instructions.

How can I delete a profile in my account?

Login into your account, click on the "My profiles" category find the profile that you want to delete and on the right corner hit the "x'' icon and follow the instructions.

How can I update a profile in my account?

Login into your account, click on the "Pricing" page and then click on the "Order now" button under the package you wish to purchase. On the next page from the dropdown menu choose the profile that you wish to be unlocked. If that specific profile is already updated additional days will be added, depending the package.
Note: Before purchasing, check your birth place, date and time, because you will not be able to edit them until the end of the updated period.

Is there a limit on how many profiles I can add?

No, you can have as many profiles as you wish.

My birthchart calendar is empty, what shall I do?

First of all check if you are using the latest version of your browser (Firefox, Chrome, IE etc.).
Second check if on another profile the birthchart calendar is empty. If Yes please send us an email from the email account that your are using in our website and the name of the profile that it's empty. If No try using another browser and start over.

I ordered a reading, but never received it.

After you place an order and pay for it - Paypal send us a confirmation. Depending on the method you are using that takes some time (1 h. tops, sometimes more). Please check your spam folder for a no-reply@astrolada.com email. If all the above doesn't happen please send us an email from the email account that you used on the Paypal checkout so we can help you.
